LEADERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP
Lion Dan is a strong advocate of the GlobalMembership Approach (GMA) and believes we can achieve Mission 1.5 (reaching 1.5 million members worldwide by 2027), with Constitutional Area II (Canada) meeting its own quota.
Society and the communities we serve continue to evolve with the passage of time. There are many drivers of these changes, the most notable being technology and the movement of people. As the world-leading service organization, the nature and manner of the service we deliver should be in lockstep with community needs.
This will happen when we continuously align our goals, new modes of growth, governance and organizational support with the changes in our societies.
